Great to see pictures! I so envy your new house. We lost our condo and construction business to the real estate crash. But are renting a terrific townhouse, actually 300 sq ft larger than the condo! Kids are adorable. Any recent pix of Foster? Miss the CCS crew, but hanging in there healthwise. Enjoy your new home. And your cruise! We went on Mexican Riviera cruise Jan 08 and have another one planned for early Oct. So good to hear what's going on in your world!
